Vehicle Sales
At Motorcast Limited, all vehicle sales are conducted strictly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis and are subject to trade sale terms and conditions. This means all sales are final, with no returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted. Vehicles are sold as seen, and it is the buyer's responsibility to fully inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. We strongly encourage a thorough review of each vehicle to ensure it meets your expectations and requirements before completing the sale.
To provide an additional layer of protection, each vehicle sold comes with an RAC warranty, which will specify what is covered and what is not. This warranty protects against certain mechanical or electrical failures, but it is essential for buyers to carefully read and understand the warranty terms to know the extent of the coverage. Any issues or components not covered by the RAC warranty will be the buyer's responsibility to repair or maintain.
Please note that all sales are conducted under the assumption that the buyer is a trade customer, and vehicles are sold as part of a business-to-business transaction. As such, consumer rights associated with private sales do not apply. By purchasing a vehicle from Motorcast Limited, you agree to these terms and conditions, and any disputes or issues will be addressed in accordance with our trade sale policies and the specific conditions outlined in the RAC warranty.
Terms and Conditions for Vehicle Reservation
By placing a reservation for any vehicle with Motorcast Limited, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservation Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to reserve any vehicle. This deposit secures the vehicle for you for a period of 7 days from the date of reservation.
2. Collection Period
The reserved vehicle must be collected within 7 days of the reservation. Failure to collect the vehicle within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the £500 deposit. No exceptions will be made to this 7-day collection period.
3. Restocking Fee
If the vehicle is not collected within the specified 7-day period, in addition to forfeiting the deposit, a restocking fee may be applied at the discretion of Motorcast Limited. The restocking fee will cover the costs associated with the vehicle being returned to inventory.
4. Non-Refundable Deposit
The £500 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, financing issues, or failure to collect the vehicle within the allotted time.
5. Extensions or Exceptions
No extensions or exceptions will be granted for the 7-day collection period. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all necessary arrangements are made to collect the vehicle within this time.
6. Additional Terms
Any changes to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by Motorcast Limited. Motorcast Limited reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, without notice.
By making a reservation and paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
